His bill of $180.50 therefore has been made out and certified to.

Nicholas Acker has delivered 4 Granite door sills for the Basement story and 34 Brown Stone window sills for the same and other parts of the building and his bill of $238.32 therefore has been made out and certified to.

Church and Howell have delivered 74 pieces of joist and their bill of $119.44 therefore has been made out and certified to.

Joseph Loebby has delivered 538 pieces of hardwood joists, 500 pilings to stick them into the 3,000 feet of White pine floor boards, and his bill of $2693.02 therefore has been made out and certified to.

To receive and pile up and properly count the materials delivered, 5 laborers have been employed as wanted to the appropriate amount of 69 1/2 days during the month and these bill amounting in the aggregate to $139.00 have been made and certified to.

The amount of the bills received, certified to and approved for payment including my own, in the month of December 1864 is $11017.51.

There is now at the site and ready for use as soon as the season will admit of active out-door operations.
