to the south west corner of the area surrounding the building and their bill therefore 23 golgi has been made out and certified of the unfavorable state of the weather they were then compelled to suspend their opeations until the 29th instant when they resumed work and have laid the drain and water pipes along the areas from their above point to their proper termination inwards about the building - they have also temporarily extended the water pipe to the proper point for making mortar for the building - this was completed Dec 31st 1864 and will go into their next bill for work done on the Hospital

George H. Plant has continued to deliver Brick but after a short time he will suspend their further delivery until spring - The amount of Brick now on hand is 255,000. He has delivered in all 282 loads of sand which is all that will be all needed until a supply can be had in the spring. His bill of $3951.30 for 225,000 Brick of the 265,000 on hand at this date, and the 282 loads of sand, has been made out and certified, thus leaving 30,000 Brick to go on his next bill.

Charles Edmundson has made and delivered the 24 Basement Windows and a 12 foot landing straight edge
